He is a Registered Nurse with over 25 years of experience, and a unique professional in healthcare systems leadership and worldwide process collaborations. He has launched and supported new medical information departments globally; designed scientific library departments and has an active role in developing the strategic direction for scientific training. Dr. Fish has presented and published on medical affairs best practices and optimizing nurses in medical information on several occasions. In addition to his undergraduate nursing training, he holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University of San Francisco. Outside of Pharma, Dr. Fish has extensive clinical experience in patient care: pediatrics, intensive care, and solid organ donation and transplant and continuously strives to advocate for improving patient care. Lastly, he also enjoys volunteering and is a past non-profit board member serving burn survivors globally where he had the opportunity to field assess five hospitals in Ghana for charitable resource allocation and raised awareness for burn care through radio and television appearances as well as served on the American Nurses Association Standards and Practice task force.
Monica De Abadal

Dr de Abadal obtained her medical degree from the University of Barcelona and entered residency in Anaesthesiology in Hospital Vall d´Hebron (Barcelona) ). She validated her medical degree in the US (USMLE) and obtained an MBA specialized in Healthcare administration from (USF) and a postgraduate diploma in Pharmaceutical Medicine (UAB).
