Antoinette:
Antoinette is an executive coach and international speaker with over 25 years’ experience in leadership communications, including 16 years holding senior positions in some of the world’s top healthcare communications agencies.

She specialises in strategically-driven, bespoke programmes that make a powerful difference to executives, boards and top teams, both in the UK and internationally, working directly with various pharma and health-tech companies including MSD, BMS, J&J and Siemens Healthineers.

Frustrated by the insight that leaders get told they ‘need’ more gravitas without being shown how, she devised her Gravitas Programme to do just that, inspiring thousands of leaders to fulfil their potential. She runs open courses both online and in Central London and delivers in-house, bespoke solutions across the public and private sectors.
Richard:
Building on a foundation of experience within the community healthcare setting, Richard began his professional career as a clinical pharmacist, before moving to the Pharmaceutical industry. Starting out in a small to midsize company working closely alongside both commercial and non-commercial parts of the business, before focusing in compliance and then Medical Affairs where he currently occupies a Medical leadership role in a Top 5 global organisation.
Liz:
Liz Clark is an independent pharmaceutical physician with a primary focus on patient engagement and involvement.  Following a 17 year career in pharma, primarily in Medical Affairs at Norgine where she built and led the Global Medical Affairs team, she now works as an independent consultant, executive coach and educator.  She holds fellowships of the Institute of Leadership and Management and Chartered Management Institute, for which she also provides mentoring.  Personal development and excellence are central themes to her work and she delivers training in Medical Affairs as a Visiting Lecturer in the Department of Cancer & Pharmaceutical Sciences & Medicine, Kings College, London.  She is also an Educational Supervisor and Appraiser at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine.  In her spare time Liz enjoys running, yoga, reading and gardening.
