West Coast Corridor Chapter Meeting – Generating Actionable Insights that impact Strategy

Program Description:

Insight Generation represents a significant portion of the value that Medical Affairs brings to the organization. However, most insight generation strategies fail to result in clearly identifiable changes to strategy that impacts patient outcomes or company success.

In this workshop you will learn best practices across the insight generation process starting with creating strategic learning objectives, making it easy for home office and Field Medical teams to generate meaningful data, analyzing the data for patterns, developing those patterns into actionable outcomes, and measuring the impact of your insight generation program.

Learn through best practices across a variety of Medical Affairs teams and hands-on practice across each stage. You will walk away from this workshop with an assessment of your current program and a roadmap for implementing a highly effective program with your team.

Objectives:

1. Participants will understand the four keys to an actionable insights program and be able to evaluate their current program against these keys.
2. Participants will have key actions they immediately to improve the data collected by Field Medical without investing in any new tools or technology.
3. Participants will demonstrate the ability to develop insights out of patterns in data.
