Arron joined Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS) in 2015 in the Global Medical Affairs team, where he was the Market Interface Lead, supporting the implementation of local strategy and launches across oncology. Currently, Arron is part of the Medical Capabilities group, leading an international team responsible for the medical content supporting the execution of local medical affairs plans in Europe and Canada for the entire BMS portfolio.   Prior to BMS, Arron was a Senior Scientific Director in Global Medical Affairs at GSK Oncology and Novartis Oncology, responsible for scientific strategy and communications across several brands. He has also worked in medical communications agencies in London and Switzerland.   Arron received his degree in Biochemistry from Imperial College, London, and his PhD from the Imperial Cancer Research Fund/Cancer Research UK for his work in breast cancer.
