Join us on December 4th, 2024 at 10 am EST to learn about how the integration of behavioral science insights into the medical education process can be utilized to ultimately support the delivery of patient-focused solutions.
External medical affairs education has traditionally focused on delivering knowledge to HCPs. However, while foundational, knowledge alone does not always translate to clinical behavior change. The integration of behavioral science insights into the medical education process can be utilized to ultimately support the delivery of patient-focused solutions. This session examines how integrating behavioral science insights (how humans make decisions and what drives their behavior) and adult education best practices (how adults best acquire, retain, and use knowledge) can evolve external medical education from knowledge dissemination alone to behavioral understanding and, ultimately, impactful outcomes.
