Jennie Jendusa Orrico is a trusted advisor and member of the senior leadership team driving business results through strategic development and implementation of ethics, compliance and risk management programs. She has unique expertise across global compliance, legal, global data privacy, enterprise risk management, business continuity and global transparency reporting. Jennie currently serves as Chief Compliance Counsel for GE Healthcare, where she is responsible for all facets of the global compliance program and a team of approximately 90 employees.  Prior to this, Jennie served as Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance & Risk Officer for Shire Pharmaceuticals following the Shire-Baxalta merger. She was instrumental in driving effective integration of the combined organization post-transaction, designing and implementing program strategy, policies, priorities and team structure, as well as managing compliance obligations for Shire’s Corporate Integrity Agreement with the U.S. Government. Previously, Jennie directed all aspects of global ethics and compliance for Baxalta Incorporated as Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Ethics & Compliance.  Earlier in her career, Jennie was Senior Counsel for Ethics & Compliance and Corporate Counsel/Senior Counsel for Regulatory Law at Baxter International. Jennie is admitted to practice law in Illinois. She earned her J.D. with honors and a Certificate in Health Law from DePaul University.
