Customer engagements for Medical Affairs has evolved rapidly post COVID-19. Hybrid is the future and that brings with it new challenges, most notably in sustaining engagements with the KOLs to become unbiased scientific partners of choice. As a result, there have been shifts in strategies: newer roles, newer stakeholders to be engaged, and more data and information collected.
