Is my membership renewal due on the anniversary of my join date, or is the membership term based on the calendar year?
MAPS membership terms are on an anniversary cycle, so you will renew on the anniversary of your join date. Your membership period is for one year. If your membership lapses beyond our 65-day grace period, your membership term will begin on the day you renew. Individual members have individual renewal dates. Therefore, the amount for your first year of membership is the full dues amount
May I pay two years of membership dues at the same time?
Yes, simply select a 2-year individual membership during the registration process or at the time of your renewal.
What forms of payment does MAPS accept for membership and Event Registrations?
Membership payment can be made online via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), and wire transfer (Please contact MAPS for transfer details).
I’ve left my current position and will begin work at another company. Can I keep my membership?
Yes, your MAPS membership follows you through your renewal date. When you begin your new position, please remember to update your membership profile or send a email to member@medicalaffairs.org for assistance.
Can we transfer the membership to our new staff person if we have an IPP or PC Membership?
Yes, you may transfer the membership to your new staff person or any other qualified staff person. Contact our member@medicalaffairs.org to assist with the transfer.
