Objectives:
The webinar is intended to build upon recent publications and ongoing discussions on the use of KPIs & metrics in Medical Affairs. The speakers will discuss real world and novel approaches that may be customized in order to create MA metrics that are relevant, and most meaningful to showcase the value of Med Affairs in a rapidly changing healthcare ecosystem.
Thus, the audience will learn how metrics specific to various MA roles/ functions may be measured, monitored more continuously, and communicated with the right internal and external stakeholders at the right time.
