Rationale Provide guidance and templates for the development of a medical insight framework

• As a FAWG we have developed many resources and materials for organizations that outline separately what is needed for a successful Medical Insights program.

• But currently there is not a “one stop shop” for members to go to for guidance around the development of an insight framework or sample templates  

• This document would provide guidance and templates for the development of a medical insight framework

• Also, the document sets the FAWG up to do a masterclass related to insights in 2023.

The Medical Affairs Professional Society (MAPS) Insights Focus Area Working Group (FAWG) formed a subcommittee to identify best practices and recommend guidelines for an effective insights management process. The following slides are an overview of key success factors identified.
