Yao Li, M.D. and MSc., the Head of Medical Affairs and Pharmacovigilance at Bayer Healthcare China including Hong Kong.  In this role, she directs the Medical Affairs, Medical Science Liaisons, Medical Communications, Scientific Operations, Medical Compliance, Patient Support and Disease Management Programs, Health Economics and Outcome Research and Pharmacovigilance. Prior to this position, Yao has more than 15 years of experience in Medical Affairs with progressively increasing responsibilities across multiple therapeutic areas. She held positions in different therapeutic areas including Cardiovascular, Metabolism, Oncology, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Anti-infection and Hemophilia at Xi’an-Janssen, Novartis, Bayer China and Bayer US. She received her medical education at Capital Medical University and Peking Union Medical College.
