- Provide a guide to integrate departments and build collaboration
- Improve delivery of actionable insights that impact strategy
- Provide a framework to organize and manage multi-modal data collection and analysis and tie insights work to Strategic Imperatives
- Incorporate metrics to demonstrate the value of Medical Affairs insights, including clinical and patient impact
- Incorporate Artificial Intelligence tools appropriately
